Therapeutics Modalities

Nadine integrates the following evidence-based approaches to create a responsive and personalized therapeutic experience.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy

DBT combines acceptance and change strategies to help manage overwhelming emotions, improve relationships, strengthen coping skills, and build a more balanced, stable life.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

ACT helps you develop psychological flexibility by learning to accept difficult thoughts and feelings, connect with your values, and take meaningful action.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing

EMDR helps the brain process and recover from traumatic or distressing experiences, reducing the emotional intensity of painful memories and supporting healing and resilience.

Psychodynamic Therapy

Psychodynamic therapy focuses on unconscious patterns, emotions, and relationships, helping you gain deeper insight into how past experiences shape your current thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.

Schema Therapy

Schema Therapy explores longstanding emotional patterns formed early in life, helping you understand recurring difficulties and build healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

CBT is a practical, evidence-based therapy that helps identify unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviours, building healthier ways of coping, relating, and responding to life’s challenges.
